Look Around the League
The NFL is once again ready to serve up a great football schedule just in time for the holiday week.
It all starts with the Thanksgiving holiday that has a professional football tripleheader that will be a delight to watch and wager on. The disappointing Philadelphia Eagles start things off against the rejuvenated Detroit Lions. That game is followed by the biggest game of the day as the undefeated Carolina Panthers take on the Dallas Cowboys and the nightcap features one of the oldest rivalries in sports when the Chicago Bears and the Green Bay Packers do battle.
After the feast of football on Thursday the games get more exciting again on Sunday with some of the best matchups of the week. The Buffalo Bills may have lost to the New England Patriots on Monday night football, but they still are in the hunt for a playoff spot. If they want to stay in the race they have the difficult task of taking down the Kansas City Chiefs who are one of the hottest teams in the league, taking down opponents by an average of 20 points per game in the last four outings.
The Pittsburgh Steelers return to action after a bye week and Ben Roethlisberger will be healthy and ready to go. They face a Seattle Seahawks team that is unfamiliar territory as they need to win to stay in the playoff race as the Arizona Cardinals have stolen the title of the best team in the NFC West.
Finally the New England Patriots travel ot he Mile High City to take on the Denver Broncos. Although the Broncos will be without Peyton Manning this will still be one of the best games of the week.
Enjoy your holiday week and enjoy all of the great football action!
