NFL Look Around the League Week 17
There is just one week left in the National Football League regular season, but that does not mean that there is a shortage of great storylines and games to watch this weekend. The two biggest games of the week will feature four teams that are playing in games that could instantly change the playoff picture.
The Sunday night football game was changed and now the football betting fans will have the pleasure of watching the NFC North showdown between the Minnesota Vikings and the Green Bay Packers. The Packers were established as three point favorites against the Vikings in this prime time affair. This line was posted because the Packers will be playing at home and they easily disposed of the Vikings in the first meeting. However the Vikings are playing much better football as they are off a big win, while the Packers are off a humiliating loss. The winner of this game will receive the NFC North championship, while the loser will be the Wildcard team in the NFC playoffs. The most intriguing part of this matchup is that these teams could once again face one another in the playoffs.
The other big game this weekend is the game between the New York Jets and the Buffalo Bills. Not only do the Bills and Jets not like each other, but there is plenty on the line. If the Jets win, they are in the playoffs, but if the Bills can beat the Jets (and the Steelers beat the Browns) the Jets will miss the playoffs. That makes this game one of the most interesting ones to watch this week with plenty of side storylines and wagering angles involved.
This may be the last week of the regular season, but there is still plenty to take in for week 17 in the NFL!
